COPENHAGEN, DENMARK – May 21, 2025. Glentra Capital (“Glentra”) today announced the opening of its New York office, which will serve as the hub for the firm’s North American activities. As part of this strategic expansion, Glentra has appointed Anthony Hadley as Managing Director, Head of North America. Hadley brings over 15 years of infrastructure investment experience, enhancing Glentra’s capabilities as it grows its origination and asset management efforts across the region.
Since its founding in 2022, Glentra has made two investments in North America: Third Pillar Solar, a market innovative U.S. floating solar PV development platform, and energyRe, a leading U.S. diversified renewable infrastructure development business. Establishing a New York presence marks a major milestone for Glentra, positioning the firm to deploy new capital into high-quality businesses across the region that are building resilient, reliable infrastructure to support the energy system in the coming decades.

About Anthony Hadley
Mr. Hadley is Managing Director, Head of North America at Glentra, based in New York. He has over 15 years of experience in the infrastructure sector as a private equity investor and advisor, with a strong track record establishing, developing, and scaling energy transition growth platforms.
Prior to joining Glentra, Mr. Hadley served as a senior advisor to institutional infrastructure investors and previously led the Energy Transition investment vertical for the Americas at AMP Capital. In that role, he sourced and executed infrastructure investments across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Australasia. His expertise spans clean transportation, conventional and renewable power generation, and electric grid infrastructure.
Mr. Hadley holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from The University of Sydney, Australia and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Australia.
